If one does not play (can't initialize etc.) then right click and save then play it later. However, there are enough that will play just by double clicking on the Customer's name.

Just click the coloured hyper-link and your media player, usually Windows, will open and play the clip. So make sure your speakers are turned on. If one does not play then it means your internet connection is too slow; in this case right click over the one that won't play and select 'save as' and download it to your hard disk, usually 'C'. Then play it like you would ordinary music. I have made it as easy as possible by reducing the audio bit-rate, so the file size is as small as possible so will download quickly.

IMPORTANT.......When finished listening click the 'Back' button at the top of your internet browser window, or on the mouse if it has one, this will then bring you back to the 'audio references' page. The sound tapes are hosted on another server, that's why you got to do this.
